SigristHomes.com Privacy Policy

Effective January 1, 2012

Use of Your Information:

We appreciate your concern about how your personally identifiable information may be used and shared. We only use the information you give us to respond to your questions and concerns regarding our products and services, and possibly for our own marketing and promotional purposes. By providing this personally identifiable information to us, you expressly agree to receive this information.

We collect the information that you choose to supply us on the “Contact Us” portion of our website or by email. This includes your name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address and whatever additional information you provide. No “field” of information is required. In other words, if you wish to be contacted only by email, simply leave the phone number blank. We do not send mass emails (spam) and you can “opt-out” of any contact whatsoever by emailing us at [email protected] at any time.

Sharing of Information:

We do not share the information you provide with anyone. If information is needed for purposes of financing, we will either refer you to a lender/broker or require a signed (in person) credit application to be submitted to a designated lender/broker. Information required for “Park Approval” (application to reside in a particular mobile home park / manufactured home community) must be provided directly by you to the manager/owner of that park.

Security:

We do not ask for sensitive information such as credit card numbers, bank account numbers, social security numbers or driver’s license numbers. We rely on a major server to host our website. Although this server has its own security, it is possible that your information could be accessed by an unauthorized third-party (hacker) or through a subpoena or court order.

Other Legal Notices:

Sigrist Homes reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time based on your comments, changes in the law, and/or our need to accurately reflect our data collection and disclosure practices. If we make such a change, we will post a notice on our website, at which time you will be able to “opt-out” of the new practices by contacting us. If you are concerned about how your information is used, please check our website periodically to review our current Privacy Policy. Your continued viewing of our website and/or contacting us following any posted changes to our Privacy Policy will signify your acceptance of any such changes or amendments. This Privacy Policy is not intended to and does not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
