Sigrist Homes

Sigrist Homes is an In-Park dealer of manufactured homes specializing in the upgrading of existing mobile home parks and communities. After acquiring and disposing of older mobile homes, we reclaim and redevelop the space. A brand new Energy Star manufactured home is then ordered for that particular space with upgrades that both compliment the park and help ensure a happy ownership experience.

Frank Sigrist, president of Sigrist Homes, is a mobile home park owner. This has given him the unique dealer goal of learning not just what sells, but what makes people happy they bought. A personal pride goes into each of our homes from the specifications ordered and set-up, to the exterior finishing and accessory construction.

At Sigrist Homes, we also have a big focus on giving back to the community. We work with different charity organizations to help them reach their goals. For our fundraising efforts, Frank Sigrist was awarded Man of the Year 2008 from the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
